The Roy at Overland

The Roy at Overland

The Swisspearl facade of this mixed-use apartment building is composed of interlocking elements clad in exterior plaster, fiber cement panels, and reflective porcelain tiles. KFA Architecture designed the building, which consists of wood-frame construction atop a concrete base. Outdoor amenities are incorporated into the six-story edifice in the form of a roof deck and a landscaped courtyard, which opens to Overland Avenue through an urban window.
