Sierra Points Phase 2 Connector

Elward’s RRWET System was utilized with Alucobond plus Silver Metallic elliptical column covers and soffit scope. Two pair 27’0” tall, total of 4 units, entry elliptical column covers at the 1400 & 1600 building entries, (12) 10’0” tall elliptical column covers, and Alucobond Plus Silver Metallic ceiling soffit scope at the connector, above the landscape area between building numbers 1400 & 1600. The Shore at Sierra Point is designed as an active, 23-acre life science campus. Prioritizing the Bay views, the master plan connects the buildings together with meandering pathways and layers of active and passive social spaces.
