One 11 Monroe

One 11 Monroe

One 11 Monroe was a retrofit of a building originally constructed in 1963, utilizing the EV-A.50 Guttered and Gasketed DRY panel system and a Silver Metallic finish. Panels were fabricated with varying return depths ranging between two to four inches to create a striking offset look, with panels projecting out at seemingly random intervals. The panels were installed over the existing building façade to avoid disrupting the tenants during construction.
