For this hillside residence overlooking Pasadena, the design team at Montalba Architects designed a series of stacked volumes along the hillside, integrating indoor and outdoor spaces. Elward provided Swisspearl large-format Largo panels with a fully engineered system featuring exposed fastening. The SPL system is designed using the Drained and Back Ventilated Rainscreen principle.
