The Denver News Agency building presented a complex challenge. Located at one of downtown Denver’s busiest intersections, on-site storage and prep space was non-existent. The solution was a unitized system in which ESC installed its DRY panel system on sections of framing, complete with sheathing and weatherproof membrane. The units were transported to the site via flatbed truck and were lifted directly from the truck onto the structure.
