CityScape of BelMar

CityScape is a new contemporary housing complex located within a bustling western suburb of the Denver metro area, the thriving Belmar district. The design team was drawn to Trespa’s bold color palette, choosing two complementary red finishes interwoven across large swaths of several elevations. The result is a truly eye catching look for this affordable senior apartment community.
