ESC utilized precision CNC routers and high quality fabrication to achieve this vision of the creative minds at Fentress Architects. Rows of large faceted column covers in the main colonnade of this building resulted in a very dramatic look. Block 225 was the first LEED certified government building in California and the largest LEED 2.0 Gold building in the world.
