EV-A.30 Rear Ventilated Rainscreen System

The EV-A.30 Rear Ventilated Rainscreen System (formerly known as the RRSRS system) is designed to utilize the Drained and Back Ventilated Rainscreen principal as tested to AAMA 509 standards, achieving a V3/W1 classification. Engineered with field versatility in mind, the EV-A.30 Rear Ventilated Rainscreen System incorporates a range of field attachment clips utilizing on-the-fly methodology allowing for quicker panel attachment with less layout. The system employs ACM joinery components, producing a low maintenance, caulk-free, dry joint design while maintaining a fully functional engineered system. The flexibility of the EV-A.30 design allows for a variety of design options.

EV-A.40 Pressure Equalized Rainscreen System

Designed using the rainscreen principle utilizing pressure equalization, the EV-A.40 Pressure Equalized Rainscreen System (PER) (formerly the RRPER System) incorporates concealed venting, allowing for rapid pressure equalization while preventing water infiltration. Tested to the AAMA 508 standards, the EV-A.40 PER System provides a solid engineered option to the rainscreen question. Using the idea that less layout is better, the EV-A.40 System attaches directly to the substructure through the continuous perimeter framing members. Additionally, the perimeter framing allows for simplistic compartmentalization.

EV-A.50 Guttered and Gasketed Dry System

The flagship of quality engineering and design, the EV-A.50 Guttered and Gasketed DRY system (formerly known as the Rout & Return DRY system) is a high-performance panel system. Similar to unitized curtain wall design, the EV-A.50 system is designed utilizing continuous double-gasketed interlocking perimeter extrusions with interior chambers used to control water infiltration. This design provides a “dry” wall cavity condition without the reliance on an air and water barrier. Any water that enters the system’s joinery is controlled and weeped back to the exterior. Tested to AAMA 501 standards, the EV-A.50 DRY system has proven its performance time and time again.

EV-A.60 Wet Sealed System

When a wet joint (caulked) design is preferred, the EV-A.60 Wet Sealed System, (formerly the RRWET system) is the choice. Designed with continuous perimeter extrusions, the EV-A.60 system allows for quick attachment to the substructure. No requirements for additional clip layout. The interlocking perimeter extrusions run along all sides of the panels, creating conditions for ideal panel-face registration alignment without expending additional field labor. EV-F.10 Exposed Fastener System

As the original attachment system, the EV-F.10 Exposed Fastener System, (formerly the Swisspearl Legacy, SPL system) is designed to accommodate wall assemblies with cavity depth limitations. Featuring a 1″ cavity depth, the EV-F.10 Exposed Fastener System system is the option for wall envelopes lacing the space to handle the depth of the newer generation of Swisspearl attachment systems. The vertically attached support extrusions maintain the cavity depth required for proper ventilation needed to function as a Drained and Back Ventilated Rainscreen. Swisspearl offers the widest range of homogeneous through-colored composite cement materials. Available in 8mm and 12mm thickness to be used to suit design your ideas.

EV-F.20 Concealed Fastener System

The EV-F.20 Concealed Fastener System, (formerly the SPC system) was designed to give the option of Swisspearl material with a concealed attachment design. We took the fundamentals of the Swisspearl exposed system and applied them with the twist of a concealed fastener attachment method. This produces a crisp, clean look with all the design characteristics of a Drained and Back Ventilated Rainscreen system. The Swisspearl’s fiber cement panel material is a high quality product designed for commercial applications. The absence of exposed fasteners produces an appearance enhancing its defining characteristics.
