Pre-engineered...
Our panels are pre-fabricated and
"ready to install" when they arrive at the job
site. From the architectural drawings we develop computer
generated drawings, for every panel and fabricate it in a
shop controlled environment. Each panel is then marked
with a number that corresponds to the elevation drawings
simplifying installation and field layout.

We re-draw each elevation from the
architectural drawings exactly to scale using AutoCad,
thereby eliminating many costly problems. Our engineers
will design ESC's panel system to adapt to your
particular building requirements. We will design the
application of our panel system to your structure on
paper before it even reaches our shop for fabrication.
This eliminates any problems such as water infiltration
and structural failure. Our engineering department is
extremely productive in processing complete shop
drawings, including plans, elevations, details and custom
installation instructions.

Computer controlled
operations...
Computers allow us to fabricate our panels
to match the complex curves and shapes the project might
require. With our computer controlled saw, we can cut any
shape or radius to retain tolerances. For column covers
or corners, we can curve ACM to meet virtually any radius
required. By using computers, we can control how our
panels are fabricated and the quality of the product we
are supplying.
