its light weight, our panel system is ideal to retrofit an old building to make it look new with little

Alucobond®...
Alucobond material is primarily made of
two high strength .020" gauge aluminum sheets bonded
by a thermoplastic core. The material is continuously
processed in 3mm, 4mm and 6mm thicknesses. Alucobond is
the superior flat Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) well
known for it extremely smooth surface. Select from
several standard finishes, or customize your own finish
to meet your specific needs. Alucobond is available in
either a polyethylene core (PE) or a Alucobond Plus®
core. Alucobond Plus® has the same advantages as Alucobond® Material.

Durability...
ESC's panel system has an impressive
strength-to-weight ratio. It weighs almost half the
amount of an aluminum sheet with similar rigidity. This
superior strength virtually eliminates any rippling,
buckling, and oil canning seen in many other
applications. Our panel systems will resist against
corrosion and weathering in the harshest of environments.
Under extreme temperature changes the finish does not
check, craze, loose adhesion, gloss or color. Elward
Systems Corporation's panels may easily be cleaned with a
sponge and soft alkali-free detergent in water.

Formability...
Unlike the buildings of yesterday, today's
buildings are enhanced with more complex angles, curves,
corners, and shapes. Our panel system can be bent,
curved, cut, drilled, punched, and shaped to fit
virtually any contour your design requires. The ACM will
only bend where you want it to, producing a crisp line.
ESC's panel system will show the true rounds and sweeping
corners you are looking for in corners and column covers.

Affordability...
If you compare the cost of Elward Systems
Corporation's composite panel system to pre-cast, brick,
granite or marble, you will find that it is an excellent
economical alternative. With the complex designs in
today's architecture, the in-place cost of pre-cast,
brick, granite or marble may be uneconomical compared to
our panels.

Retrofit...
Almost any building can look new with the
simple application of ESC's panel system. Our panels can
be applied directly over the existing structure with
little or no additional support, often without the
demolition of existing materials. The existing building
material will not need to be pre-treated and our panels
can be applied without disturbing the tenants inside.
